Zero-pressure experience!

Gene was great to work with! He is honest, sincere, and very knowledgeable about all facets of real-estate. He was also very patient with us and showed us every property we had an interest in. It was nice to have someone there to hold our hand and walk us through the entire process- especially because  we were first time home buyers. Buying a home was a very intimidating experience and it’s nice to have someone there to walk you through it. It was also great to have a zero-pressure experience. The first few agents we talked to were pushy and made us feel  pressure to buy. Gene was very easy going and easy to work with, and very prompt on email responses. Gene is the true definition of a Southern Gentleman. I honestly spent one day looking at houses with Gene and wound up buying a new home where I could have very easily excluded him and dealt only with the builder. After spending one day with Gene I could not have lived with myself if he was not involved  in our purchase. Take a chance….. just meet this young man, you will want a professional such as he to be involved in your sale or purchase of a home. Understood what we were looking for!

We had a realtor but didn’t really see what we wanted. We talked to Gene and he understood what we were looking for. He helped us with a new construction home. He showed us a floor plan that we had not seen and found an awesome lot to build on. We are very happy with our house and our decision to use Gene!

Listened to our ideas & wants!

I have lived in a rural community of Jarrettsville, Md. for over 40 years. Summers are about the same as Conway; however there is no comparisons to the winters- very cold with at times lot of snow. Gene was the first and only person I saw when looking for a home in the Conway area. Between January and  May, 2014, my wife and I made several trips to the Conway area looking for a replace to relocate. On each of my visits, Gene would meet us, take us to various locations, some existing homes and some new homes. Not being knowledgeable of the area, we depended on Gene to show different area. After each trip, we would discuss pros and cons of various properties seen. I believe Gene’s ability to listen to our ideas and wants helped us in finding our present home in Conway. Prior to settlement on our new home, Gene was able to negotiate with the builder and listing agent our wants and drafted a contract which we accepted. Again living in Maryland and not being local, Gene took care of necessary arrangements making the buying of our home an easy process.

We met with Gene and told him our criteria for a home. Within a couple of weeks we find it our home. Not only did he find it, he made sure everything was right before we took over possession of the house. He stayed in contact and made sure everything was right. I would definitely would use and recommend him to be your agent. He is local and knows the area. A very professional agent.
