“I have lived in a rural community of Jarrettsville, Md. for over 40 years. Summers are about the same as Conway; however there is no comparisons to the winters- very cold with at times lot of snow. Gene was the first and only person I saw when looking for a home in the Conway area. Between January and May, 2014, my wife and I made several trips to the Conway area looking for a replace to relocate. On each of my visits, Gene would meet us, take us to various locations, some existing homes and some new homes. Not being knowledgeable of the area, we depended on Gene to show different area. After each trip, we would discuss pros and cons of various properties seen. I believe Gene’s ability to listen to our ideas and wants helped us in finding our present home in Conway. Prior to settlement on our new home, Gene was able to negotiate with the builder and listing agent our wants and drafted a contract which we accepted. Again living in Maryland and not being local, Gene took care of necessary arrangements making the buying of our home an easy process.”
